Vivek Gahlaut (Vivek Gahlaut Dubai UAE) brings over two decades of diverse professional experience across three continents, showcasing a dynamic career trajectory. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in 1997, he commenced his career at Toshiba’s New Delhi facility.
In 2001, Vivek pursued an MBA in International Finance at Thunderbird Global School of Management, Arizona State University, USA, laying the groundwork for his international ventures. Post-MBA, he played a pivotal role at Ernst & Young in New York, leading teams in the Financial Services Advisory practice for six years. His responsibilities included overseeing projects in treasury, cash management, and financial risk management for top-tier financial institutions, banks, hedge funds, and Fortune 500 companies.
In 2010, Vivek Gahlaut Dubai redirected his focus to the Health & Wellness sector in India, successfully managing multiple clubs and a gym equipment trading business for six years. Concurrently, he actively participated in managing a family angel fund, investing in technology startups.
In 2013, Vivek Gahlaut UAE co-founded a commodity trading firm company in Dubai, specializing in broken rice supply to West African markets. Diversifying the portfolio to include raw cashew nuts, sugar, pasta, and frozen foods, the company achieved a remarkable USD 90 million turnover. Vivek’s commitment to sustainable food production drives his vision for future ventures, exploring backward integration in the region to enhance food self-sufficiency.
